Pronk Sizing

Pronks are built with the intention to have your toes as flat and low profile as possible. Because of this unique climbing fit, your standard climbing shoe sizes won't translate. Fortunately, we can get a few measurements to determine your Pronk size.

There are two methods for finding your size. One involves a tape measure, the other requires a printer.

For the tape measure method, place your heel against a wall and measure from the wall to the end of your big toe - this will likely be at an angle from the center of the heel to the big toe. A piece of paper helps to mark the point and measure with your foot out of the way. Then reference the Tape Measure Method chart and find your suggested size.

For the Printer Method, download the Printer Method PDF. Ensure your printer setting are A4 size paper and Fit to Scale (or scale 100%). Once the two pages are printed, cut along the 2 lines on the paper with the heel portion, match the heel portion to the line on the toe portion and tape it down. You now have your size guide! Place the paper against a wall and match your foot up with your heel against the wall. Mark to the end of your big toe, then reference to paper to find your nearest size. If you are in between, choose the size that is smaller than your marking point.
